Our sweet sensual fresh lychees are in season from December to February cold and fresh for an al-fresco summer repast. Or, when the season is over, our Lychee Dessert Sauce drizzled on ice-cream.

The Sydney Royal Easter Show has been and gone!  A whirlwind of work but very rewarding.  It is good to be back in Queensland and at home at our beautiful orchard.  We will be going down again for the Good Food and Wine Show in June.
